Closing the digital gap between parents and teens
Online platforms evolve faster than most parents can keep up with. For many, that leaves a confidence gap in guiding their teens through issues like screen time, privacy and responsible content.
That’s where Livity, part of krow Group, stepped in. Partnering with Media Smart and TikTok, our youth agency co-created Teens, Social Media & You – a campaign designed with parents, teachers and young people themselves. The result: creator-led content and practical resources that turn tricky digital wellbeing topics into accessible conversations at home.
From family pairing tools to advice on spotting harmful content, the campaign equips parents with knowledge and confidence while speaking directly to teens on TikTok. Rolling out across the UK and Europe, it’s a blueprint for how brands can empower families in a digital-first world.
