How krow London achieved sustainable growth without the carbon cost
With two new specialist teams, more clients and more campaigns, 2024 was a big year for us. But here’s the part we’re proud of: while our headcount jumped 27% and our client list grew by 64%, our emissions stayed flat.
We've changed how we work, from carbon ballparking on productions to sustainability training across teams and a new supplier matrix. We’ve made lower-carbon ideas and production part of everyday agency life.
Anything we couldn’t cut, we offset. All 113 tonnes of CO₂ we emitted in 2024 were offset through a landfill-gas-to-energy project in Turkey. As an ISO14001-accredited agency, we’re committed to reducing, not just reporting, our environmental impact.
