CHANGE.WORKS: Behavioural science meets co-creation

We’ve launched CHANGE.WORKS, a new division built to tackle the growing demand for behaviour change campaigns. Too often, interventions miss the mark because they’re designed for people, not with them. Our model changes that.

CHANGE.WORKS is about making behaviour change credible, inclusive and effective, and ensuring communities are part of the solution from day one. By putting psychology and communities at the heart of solution design, and enhancing campaigns with tech and AI, we can deliver interventions that are precise, personalised and impactful at scale. This approach has already launched with our first client, Community Alcohol Partnerships, on a UK-wide campaign tackling parental supply of alcohol to teens.
